    After 10 minutes waiting, i was approached by a lady to wash my hair. This was my first visit to maestro and I found it strange that he did not want to see my hair while it was dry. After they washed my hair it took another 10 minutes to get Roberto's attention. It took him in total 10 minutes to simply cut my hair, just like in any other hairdressers place, literally one line of cut. That was it. Nothing special I would say. I will wait another couple of years until my hair grows and next time I will go with a picture of what exactly I want :) I think he will be able to do it, but appointment needs to take longer than 10 min for sure :)
